They found the issue but they didn't fix it. They charged me so much for diagnostics. They could just connect the wires. It could be a quick fix, at least for now. However, they gave me a ridiculous quote for fixing it. I took it home and fixed it myself.

A repair to the AC system was made on the recommendation of the mechanic who said he could visibly see where the leak was coming from. No video was taken and the repair was made and paid for ($2,300). The car was picked up on a Friday and by Saturday all the freon had leaked back out and the AC button in the car was blinking again to indicate no freon. After talking with the service Mgr and the GM we agreed on a fair price to fix the new issue.

There was a change added to my bill that I didnโ€™t agree with. It was a small fee,but still I didnโ€™t agree. I was quoted a price for a tire in the amount of over $200. I brought a print out from discount tire for the same time in the amount of $155. I was told you would match that price. I feel that good customer service I should have been quoted the $155, and to charge me for the plastic on the seat and the paper on the floor and the tools that was used to fix my car was outrageous. This is a new car that something when wrong and you charge me for the tools that the mechanic used to correct the issue was wrong. The manager who was called told me that she would take the charge off as long as I donโ€™t come back for service. That said a lot

It took more than 1.5 hour. When I arrived 15 min prior to my appt, I did not see any other customers. I had to wait for someone to take care of me for 10 min. I asked about the ride service, I needed to get to the place withing 2 minutes, I was told that for an oil change they do not provide ride service because they lose the money. No carwash either, the same for a 3rd time. No discount for that. I asked by myself about a fluid services recommended for my 70K vehicle, the service agent started to write on a sticky note:-). I asked for an official paper. Horrible service. It looks like they are trying to save on everything. With the new ownership it is getting worse.

He called himself lecturing me on being late even though I called and text and they approve me coming in later due to emergency. In addition, he put the wrong information in the computer and sent my information to another gentleman who couldnโ€™t even pronounce my name. I told him how to pronounce my name and he said OK as though it didnโ€™t matter. This was the first negative experience Iโ€™ve had at GM Matick even though my brand new 2025 was in the repair shop for roughly 2 weeks however, these two gentlemen Chuck, the other gentleman I donโ€™t recall his name because he didnโ€™t introduce himself to me. However, immediately after the oil change, I noticed a new issue: the car sounds like itโ€™s revving very high even though the RPMs are not, and itโ€™s using much more gas than usual. Iโ€™m not sure if this is related to the service, but it started right afterward. I was told the earliest appointment to bring the vehicle back is in about two weeks, which is concerning given the way the car now sounds and the amount of fuel itโ€™s using. I understand the schedule is full, but I wanted to make you aware of this issue as part of my service feedback.

1. I pulled in and despite having signs everywhere that asks customers to wait in their vehicle to be greeted, no one came for greet me. 2. I requested a check for a front wheel alignment. They donโ€™t do checks for front wheel alignments just perform them. So once the car is up I am charged for the alignment service whether itโ€™s needed or not. 3. The major techs are not on staff, I believe past 4:00, so no one was there to perform the front wheel alignment service at my 5:00 appointment. (note: my initial appointment was only for an oil change, i asked about the alignment on arrival) 4. My car wasnโ€™t pulled into the garage upon completion because on of the dealer cars was blocking the entrance. And this dealer does not have a car wash. So my car wasnโ€™t washed but i was provided a voucher for a car wash at another dealer close by.

My other dealership wash my car after service and provided a video of my service while itโ€™s service so I can see what exactly is going on with my car. Also on my paperwork it mentioned my tired tread was in the yellow area, however they didnโ€™t say anything to me about it. I have questions as to how can my tread be low when the car only has 13,000 miles on itโ€ฆ the tires are newโ€ฆAlso I stated I was going to use my points for payment, that was not done, but itโ€™s okay. I will not return to this location. I will stick with the location I bought the car from.

It took me 2 weeks to get an appointment for the dealer to take a look to my vehicle. Once they inspect the vehicle it was found that a communication module is defective and there are no parts in stock to fix it. So I had to take my vehicle back until the part is in stock. But they warned me about the expectation on getting the part available will be really long. It could take more than a month and there is no estimated date yet. So even Im paying for the onstar service I will not have it for about 2-3 months since the failure and until the vehicle is hopefully fixed.

The wrong vin was given, and was only noticed after my husband noticed that the vin was different on the keys versus the vehicle that we were given. We received a vehicle that was dirty, including food stuck to the ceiling, sticky stuff all over, crumbs through out & just a mess for a two month old brand new vehicle. They processed our loan application with an incorrect address, even though we filled out numerous pieces of paperwork with the correct address. This was our first time leasing a vehicle and we were explained absolutely zero regarding anything. This place came recommended from somebody who had been there several times and we definitely were disappointed with the service that we received.

Although it took longer than expected, I was happy with the service. I was especially happy with the honesty of not needing a new air filter when most places would just say I needed one just to get the money. The new feature of sending a video is PERFECT!

I went to Marick to have my back seat vents activated, and to have my transmission checked for performance and code alerts. I was told by the person who set up my appointment that it was advisable to set come in at a time that a loaner would be available. But once inside the dealership I learned that I would have to put my charge card on hold against my new 2026 loaner, and that the company that kept the data for my loaner would be keeping data on many things, not just my use of the loaner. I expressed my concern about that to my intake person but also to the manager, Demetrius Cole. Demetrius solved my concerns by having my car ready the same day, so that id actually not need a loaner after all. He is a super communicator and spoke with empathy about my data sharing concerns. My car was ready by that same afternoon; no issues with the transmission were noted, air and heat vents operational.
