Jenna was really on top of everything when I took my car in. I was able to receive a loaner car and get updates throughout the process.

They found the issue but they didn't fix it. They charged me so much for diagnostics. They could just connect the wires. It could be a quick fix, at least for now. However, they gave me a ridiculous quote for fixing it. I took it home and fixed it myself.

Demetrius was a fantastic and thoughtful salesman. I had an idea of what I wanted when I walked in, but he listened to my needs and balanced with my wants and ended up steering me in a different direction. The car I purchased and my trade-in worked out seamlessly. I appreciated that I didn’t feel pressured, but informed. He worked hard to locate a vehicle and get it brought in in a timely manner on budget. Honestly, the best car buying experience my family has had!

As is usual I had an lof done on my 2020 Enclave. After nearly two hours, I inquired a service writer about when it would be done. He said you were texted that it was done 20 minutes ago. But I was not texted and he could see when he checked that I was not texted. The promise of a car wash is a farce.

A repair to the AC system was made on the recommendation of the mechanic who said he could visibly see where the leak was coming from. No video was taken and the repair was made and paid for ($2,300). The car was picked up on a Friday and by Saturday all the freon had leaked back out and the AC button in the car was blinking again to indicate no freon. After talking with the service Mgr and the GM we agreed on a fair price to fix the new issue.

Car was there from Wednesday to Monday and when I picked it up it was filthy filthy dirty and I was given a free car wash at your partner dealership which was across town and there's a perfectly good Jack's Car Wash across the street seems like you would have some type of contract with them and all my settings were changed I understand the settings changed on the radio but my settings for my car seat everything changed

I had a noon appointment for a oil change and tire rotation. Arrived early and was checked in and car taken to the back by 12 pm - it took over an hour which I feel is a bit long considering I had an arranged appointment.

I come to Matick because I really like working with Nick Lariviere. I have gotten my last 4 (I believe) cars through him. He makes the process so easy and I really appreciate that. He’s friendly and I trust him and he’s always available for questions. Everyone I met the day I came to get the car was very kind. The signing of the paperwork was simple. It was just an all around excellent experience.

There was a change added to my bill that I didn’t agree with. It was a small fee,but still I didn’t agree. I was quoted a price for a tire in the amount of over $200. I brought a print out from discount tire for the same time in the amount of $155. I was told you would match that price. I feel that good customer service I should have been quoted the $155, and to charge me for the plastic on the seat and the paper on the floor and the tools that was used to fix my car was outrageous. This is a new car that something when wrong and you charge me for the tools that the mechanic used to correct the issue was wrong. The manager who was called told me that she would take the charge off as long as I don’t come back for service. That said a lot

It took more than 1.5 hour. When I arrived 15 min prior to my appt, I did not see any other customers. I had to wait for someone to take care of me for 10 min. I asked about the ride service, I needed to get to the place withing 2 minutes, I was told that for an oil change they do not provide ride service because they lose the money. No carwash either, the same for a 3rd time. No discount for that. I asked by myself about a fluid services recommended for my 70K vehicle, the service agent started to write on a sticky note:-). I asked for an official paper. Horrible service. It looks like they are trying to save on everything. With the new ownership it is getting worse.

On first arrival, I was greeted courteously and promptly. This was quite good. However, I had trouble getting regular updates on the status--what was wrong? Was it covered by warranty? When will car be ready? Picking up the repaired car was simple and quick.

I just came in to fix the nd purchase the tire sensors. In the middle I was then asked for $500 to balance the tires after you misbalanced them. Ridiculous. I had done free at Costco.

Communication via email and text was thorough and efficient, straight to the point and transparent with costs, pricing, etc. Once at dealership, Scott was helpful and super efficient. Pick up and signing of documents was fastest I’ve ever experienced. None of the typical keep you there for 3-4 hours dragging heels to draw out purchase. Tour two experiences at Matick have been amazing

It was okay, nothing to really shout about. The guy who signed me in didn’t talk about what they were going to do. When my vehicle was done the same guy didn’t talk about what was done, he just handed me the paperwork.

Jenna usually helps me, however she was busy and had someone else assist me. The gentleman that helped me was not very kind. He called himself lecturing me on being late even though I called and text and they approve me coming in later due to emergency. In addition, he put the wrong information in the computer and sent my information to another gentleman who couldn’t even pronounce my name. I told him how to pronounce my name and he said OK as though it didn’t matter. This was the first negative experience I’ve had at GM Matick even though my brand new 2025 was in the repair shop for roughly 2 weeks however, these two gentlemen Chuck, the other gentleman I don’t recall his name because he didn’t introduce himself to me. Either way this experience was not a good one.

I bought my GMC and you kept it for 2 days and I still have the same problem, were the GMC answers the phone the other caller can not hear me. I can plug it in or have bluetooth on it does not matter, they say get a new phone I have a new phone it still do not work.

Across the board, from speaking with my sales associate, Lawrence, through the financing portion of the sales process with Camille, and even with the dealership manager, Randy, Matick Buick far surpassed my expectations. I have been working with a salesman there for a few days to get a GMC sierra. I had got a demo car and when it was time for me to close the deal then they notified me the demo miles would be use against me. I was working with Troy motor mall in GMC with a salesman named Steve Klein. They offered me the better deal with 10 K true drive of miles. I had spoken to manager Randy and he knows about the entire situation and he did not really try to help out as the deal was for $220 a month.

My 2024 GMC Acadia had a transmission failure. The repair turn-around time led to other issues with the loaner I received. Long story short, service department need improvements.

The service advisor is not attentive to time. I waited way past scheduled finish and then went to ask at the service desk and they say it is ready. The service reminder old sticker was pealed off leaving a lot of adhesive residue. Looks very tacky and is tacky.

I spend over $700 which includes a diagnostic test to find out why the engine light was on and it is still on.

Everyone has been very kind, and the waiting area is excellent. I really appreciate being able to work comfortably while my car is serviced. The service itself went smoothly. However, immediately after the oil change, I noticed a new issue: the car sounds like it’s revving very high even though the RPMs are not, and it’s using much more gas than usual. I’m not sure if this is related to the service, but it started right afterward. I was told the earliest appointment to bring the vehicle back is in about two weeks, which is concerning given the way the car now sounds and the amount of fuel it’s using. I understand the schedule is full, but I wanted to make you aware of this issue as part of my service feedback.

Mister brother and you were excellent.I normally hate the dealership experience but this was my second purchase for mister brother and he took care of me and all of my needs and concerns as if I was a family member.I was a little disappointed that this dealership no longer deals with my broker.Linda barnes and associates, who originally introduced me to the dealership before ownership changed. But the concessions. And provisions, this dealership made during this purchase, really placed them high on my list to return to. The paperwork process was very thorough, and I actually took advantage of one of the extended service plans that they now offer without too massive of an increase to my payment.I will definitely be returning if not for future purposes but definitely for services.

1. I pulled in and despite having signs everywhere that asks customers to wait in their vehicle to be greeted, no one came for greet me. 2. I requested a check for a front wheel alignment. They don’t do checks for front wheel alignments just perform them. So once the car is up I am charged for the alignment service whether it’s needed or not. 3. The major techs are not on staff, I believe past 4:00, so no one was there to perform the front wheel alignment service at my 5:00 appointment. (note: my initial appointment was only for an oil change, i asked about the alignment on arrival) 4. My car wasn’t pulled into the garage upon completion because on of the dealer cars was blocking the entrance. And this dealer does not have a car wash. So my car wasn’t washed but i was provided a voucher for a car wash at another dealer close by.

Customer service was ok, people were nice and all however my car was not washed after their service. My other dealership wash my car after service and provided a video of my service while it’s service so I can see what exactly is going on with my car. Also on my paperwork it mentioned my tired tread was in the yellow area, however they didn’t say anything to me about it. I have questions as to how can my tread be low when the car only has 13,000 miles on it… the tires are new…Also I stated I was going to use my points for payment, that was not done, but it’s okay. I will not return to this location. I will stick with the location I bought the car from.

I was checked in quickly, informed of the time frame to repair or replace my damaged tire. The work was done within the quoted time. Tire replaced and rebalanced within an hour. Customer service from Anthony was excellent.

Only recommendation I would make is for your sales reps to remind the person taking delivery of a new car or truck to have thei id’s and passwords handy for accounts as there several apps to be activated in the delivery process. My only problem in the delivery was with Onstar not Matick nor the sales rep.

My customer satisfacton was exceptional, but I expected nothing less in my new car buying/leasing experience. I always feel good spending my time and money with my favorite Sales and Leasing Consultant, Dennis Thacker, Matick Buick GMC.

They got both needs taken care of in a timely manner. I was surprised however that the wheel had no cap on the inflation stem. I had one at home so I didn’t have to go back to the dealer.

I came in for the complimentary oil change and tire rotation. The service was just fine. The only issue was the fact that I have to drive to the other side of town for the car wash-not very convenient. Maybe you should consider providing a gift card allowing the customer to select a car wash.

This was the smoothest/easiest car purchase I’ve done in my life. From first contact online to purchase it took about 8 hours for me to walk out with the new car. Keri and Lawrence are amazing.

Process was smooth, fast, and focused on my goals

It took me 2 weeks to get an appointment for the dealer to take a look to my vehicle. Once they inspect the vehicle it was found that a communication module is defective and there are no parts in stock to fix it. So I had to take my vehicle back until the part is in stock. But they warned me about the expectation on getting the part available will be really long. It could take more than a month and there is no estimated date yet. So even Im paying for the onstar service I will not have it for about 2-3 months since the failure and until the vehicle is hopefully fixed.

The wrong vin was given, and was only noticed after my husband noticed that the vin was different on the keys versus the vehicle that we were given. We received a vehicle that was dirty, including food stuck to the ceiling, sticky stuff all over, crumbs through out & just a mess for a two month old brand new vehicle. They processed our loan application with an incorrect address, even though we filled out numerous pieces of paperwork with the correct address. This was our first time leasing a vehicle and we were explained absolutely zero regarding anything. This place came recommended from somebody who had been there several times and we definitely were disappointed with the service that we received.

Excellent transaction. My salesman, Ed, was able to locate the exact car I wanted, with every option, several miles away. He worked hard for this sale! I was going to purchase my leased car. Jared Owen contacted me beforehand and asked what could he do to change my mind. I asked for "the deal of a lifetime" and gave him a list of what I would consider knowing that there was probably no way he was going to be able to satisfy me. He called back with a deal that was better than I asked for including a "trailer hitch" and by the end of the week I was driving a new 2026 Buick Encore GX with a "trailer hitch". Great job Jared.

Service was very good. Customer waiting room is very nice. I was told my car would take 1-1/2 hours. I was there for three hours with no communication.

I went to Marick to have my back seat vents activated, and to have my transmission checked for performance and code alerts. I was told by the person who set up my appointment that it was advisable to set come in at a time that a loaner would be available. But once inside the dealership I learned that I would have to put my charge card on hold against my new 2026 loaner, and that the company that kept the data for my loaner would be keeping data on many things, not just my use of the loaner. I expressed my concern about that to my intake person but also to the manager, Demetrius Cole. Demetrius solved my concerns by having my car ready the same day, so that id actually not need a loaner after all. He is a super communicator and spoke with empathy about my data sharing concerns. My car was ready by that same afternoon; no issues with the transmission were noted, air and heat vents operational.

I have been leasing vehicles for the past 20+ years and Dennis Thacker has been my Leasing Consultant during that time. I keep returning to Dennis due to his friendly customer focus and how he makes leasing a simple process for me. Dennis is very helpful and I will keep returning to Dennis for my future vehicle leases.
